I struggled with luggage up to our suite, even with the lift. No trolley available—had to borrow a cleaning one! Plus, there were no checkout instructions and no staff around when we needed help. Frustrating!

Clean place and exceptional service. The staff - efficient and excellent. Very spacious bed in apartment with a TV, a lounge, and a kitchenette. Comfortable central and handy location to mixed eateries in a fairly quiet area. Again, walking distance to Memorial Park. Honestly no reason to complain...

the room itself was well presented and well-equipped with a very high window. the location was perfect and excellent, so close to marketplace, cafes, clubs and restaurants and the center of goulburn.

The nearby café was an added bonus, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I had a decent stay! The location was super convenient, right near some great restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious, really comfortable, and nicely furnished – plus, there was a coffee machine and a microwave, which I totally appreciated! Oh, and the pub next door served a perfectly cooked steak!

Very good overall experience. The hotel is fairly clean with a nice design and very friendly staff. Ideal location, beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with an extra large bathroom, a very comfortable bed. Easy check in and excellent service.

Great central location and spacious rooms, but the atmosphere feels a bit like a pub. Noise from nearby machinery was a challenge, and the parking situation isn't as straightforward as it seems. Staff could improve, but the modern design of the room was a highlight for sure.

The Astor Suites is a wonderfully clean property with excellent and efficient staff. Its location is both quiet and convenient, just a short distance from the railway station, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. We ended our day with a delightful visit to North Entrance Beach, which is also a reasonable distance from the hotel.

I was really impressed with the value for my money; the room was modern, spacious, and had all the comforts I needed. the location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast choices could use a bit more variety.

The location cannot be beaten, situated right in town, close to the center, shops, park, entertainment.

The staff at the Astor Suites were courteous and absolutely lovely, making my experience enjoyable. the location is marvellous, close to everything in town while still being in a calm area. It’s also just a short 5-minute drive from Toowoon Bay, which adds to the convenience. my stay was quite nice here.

We had an incredible meal at a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. the location right in the city center was super convenient. 🍽️.

The hotel's location was convenient and quiet. Short walk to food outlets, restaurants, cafes, and shops. - We found Nameste Indian Cuisine just a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
